Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hate Bitcoin Prospects™. We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process before placing your order.

Production & Fulfillment All Hate Bitcoin Prospects™ Because each item is made to order, please allow 9–12 business days for your order to be produced, packaged, and delivered. This timeframe applies to all products in our store.

Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is sent to production immediately. Please double-check your order details — including size, color, and shipping address — before completing your purchase, as changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in placing an order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delays & Exceptions While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, please note that shipping times may be affected by:

  • High order volume during peak seasons or holidays
  • Carrier delays outside of our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Hate Bitcoin Prospects™ is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been handed off for shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
