All Sales Are Final Because all Hate Bitcoin Prospects™ products are custom-made to order through our fulfillment partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@hb-pros.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Wrong Address Hate Bitcoin Prospects™ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@hb-pros.com and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
